break time

We’re taking a break from this blog because we no longer have the time to devote to it. We’re also getting a bit tired of the subject so we *may* be getting sloppy. :)

We’re still following a developing situation regarding Tracy Coenen CPA, MBA, CFE so we’ll post on it when the time comes. (It could be months, we have no idea.)

In the meantime we’ll post some of our greatest hits here, for any newcomers who may be interested in a quick sampling of Tracy Coenen’s professional behavior.

DeepThroat, Part 2

Tracy apparently used to have a good friend, whom she spent a lot of time socializing with. She gave her friend a small business loan with no payment terms, just “Pay what you can”. (Note: this is a situation that countless people have seen go bad — most would advise that if you give your friend some money to help them out, you understand that you might not ever see it again. I know because I’ve watched too many episodes of Judge Judy.)

She later got pissed off at her friend, and sued him for the loan money.

She had the friend’s wages garnished.

When she sent the garnishment paperwork, Tracy drew smiley faces and wrote “happy joy! happy joy!” on the envelope in bold red magic marker.

Not only did she garnish her ex-friend’s wages she garnished the spouse’s wages as well even though the loan was in her ex-friend’s name only. Legal yes, ethical no. (Are we surprised?)

The ex-friend got an attorney to handle the pay off (lump sum) and to stop the garnishment. The ex-friend wanted nothing to do with Tracy ever again.

Tracy’s Previous Employers (Part 2)

Tracy’s Poor Boss

We got sidetracked with all of the fun tidbits from Savant recently, and I wanted to continue blabbing about Tracy’s previous boss, the one she claims taught her everything about forensic accounting….and of course, she says she just couldn’t “mesh” with him.

We bet.

We can’t help but speculate on how she got her new business off the ground. She says that she left John’s employment and set up her own operation – and in the past when asked about this process, Tracy says that she “got contacts”. She didn’t say how she found her potential new clients, but it’s safe to say that she probably tried to steal John’s clients.

Can you imagine being John Peters? We could almost shed a tear for the poor guy, knowing Tracy as well as we do.

Tracy Coenen’s Disorderly Conduct Violation

The officer responded to 335 E. Lloyd Street to investigate “neighbor trouble.”

Upon arrival, he interviewed Mr. Velasquez, who acted as an interpreter for his mother, Maria Domenech.

Mrs. Domenech informed the officer that she had been having a property line dispute with the neighbor.

On this day, July 21, 2005 at approximately 8:05 a.m., Mrs. Domenech observed her neighbor, later identified as Tracy L. Coenen, knocking over two of her garbage carts and spilling garbage over the ground.

“When Ms. Coenen was interviewed, she stated that this was an ongoing problem with her neighbors placing the garbage cans on her property and she was only trying to place them back without stepping on the neighbor’s property and they may have fell (sic) over.”

Tracy L. Coenen was issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct. She pled no contest at her court appearance in May 2006 and the violation was dismissed without prejudice.

Tracy Coenen In Trouble Again

I thought I could wait until Monday to tell you this, but I can’t.

In July of 2005, Tracy had a bad day.

At 8:05 a.m., she was issued a citation.

A citation for Disorderly Conduct.

Tracy plead “No Contest.”

I’ll continue to investigate and provide more details as they become available.

Tracy Coenen Caught Speeding Again!

The State Patrol caught up with Tracy Coenen on June 17, 2007.

This time, Tracy was pulled over for Speeding on the Freeway. She was clocked going 18 miles per hour over the limit.

At her court appearance on July 24th, she was found guilty due to a No Contest plea.

The court fined her $236.40.

Traffic violations can sure eat into a person’s budget.

Tracy Coenen’s Lead Foot

It was a beautiful August day in 2003 when the officer pulled Tracy over.

She was doing 20 miles over the speed limit.

Tracy showed up for traffic court on September 11th of that year (ominous date). Lucky for her, the ticket was plead down to a Speedometer Violation.

Still, the $200.00 fine must have hurt.

Cadillacs, Continued

People. Please.

I see my succinct and somewhat cryptic writing had some of you confused. However, I didn’t get hired for this gig to spoon feed you. I’m here to give you information. You have to put the pieces together.

Me is right on the money.

If you see Tracy Coenen driving down the road, it will be in a 2006 Cadillac CTS 3.5L V6.

As she passes you, (because she will pass you, and quickly at that) make sure to notice the license plate:

Tracy Coenen (MBA, CPA, CFE) Has CyberSex on her Website

One of our readers pointed this out to us and we found it incredibly revolting.

Tracy Coenen was describing her body and sexual conduct in graphic terms in her chat room on www.PinkTruth.com, directing her comments to the son of one of her site members.

She did this in front of many witnesses in a public chat room! On her “Consumer Awareness & Consumer Protection” website, where she blasts her credentials as a public accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner!

The professionalism just knocks us over.

Violating the ACFE Code of Ethics

Hi ho everyone. It’s me, karma99, reporting for duty after a well-deserved break.

In this installment, I’d like to draw your attention to the ACFE once again.

It seems obvious to us here at ptlies.com that Ms. Tracy Coenen, Certified Fraud Examiner, has violated the ACFE (the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners) code of ethics on at least one count.

From the ACFE website, persons with the CFE designation agree to adhere to a code of ethics, which includes this requirement:

A Certified Fraud Examiner shall “Not reveal any confidential information without proper authorization.”

Well well. Seems Tracy Coenen of sequence-inc has already done that on several occassions that we know of. Melissa was her victim several times, as Tracy passed along person information of Melissa’s to others. We’ve pointed that out and shown you the proof before here on ptlies.com.

Wonder if the ACFE is paying attention?
