The Real Tracy

Here’s one of Tracy’s posts from her super-secret trash-talking inner sanctum. This is the private board that got taken down and the members there were replaced by her new minions. (“Mavens”)

Things to notice here:

#1. Tracy’s “dirty rotten slut” comment. This coming from a woman who pretends to be squeaky clean to her followers — but everyone who really knows her can tell you different.

#2. The character smearing she does here to one of her former “best friends”. (The Mavens might want to take note – and ask Tracy for some examples and proof of this backstabbing)

#3. Here she is obsessing over Melissa’s blog, even though she claims publicly that she doesn’t care about other blogs and is above all the nonsense.

Tracy and PinkPonies: The Epilogue

(If you haven’t read this whole story, please scroll down and read parts 1-3; You don’t want to miss this freakshow)

This huge drama that Tracy instigated against PinkPonies ended months ago. PinkPonies stayed banned from PT, but that was okay because she became a lovely member of PinkLighthouse.

She has never hurt anyone and has made many friends, and she is an asset to the PinkLighthouse community.

Tracy has done this before many times. Some of the people she was highly suspicious of, and subsequently banned (most notably PUR “PersonalUseRecruiter”, PB&J, SickNPink, and others) she has since reinstated.

(She debated banning SickNPink, but in the end decided to let her hang around.)

Why is she suddenly reinstating people she hated and banned?

Tracy Coenen realized a little too late that she was banning good members from her own forum – not the best way to keep herself on top of everyone else.

Tracy Coenen Bitch

Too funny!

Someone actually used this search term to find us!

It worked :)

Tracy and PinkPonies: An Epic Tale, Part 3

Meanwhile, back at the ranch…..

Tracy “NOTIFIES” the Brainstormers at PinkLighthouse that PinkPonies is Bad And Needs To Be Watched. She also accuses PinkPonies of posting under different names on other blogs, and “talking crap about her”.

The owner of PinkLighthouse (LJ) then asks Tracy for some proof of these accusations.

Tracy has no proof, and instead basically tells LJ to jump off a cliff.

This in turn causes the Brainstormers on PinkLighthouse to jump to LJ’s defense, and ask that Tracy please behave more respectfully and please provide some proof without all the vitriol.

Tracy then tells everyone to jump off a cliff, because it was “SO INCREDIBLY HURTFUL” that they questioned her. The fact that they asked for a reason was so outrageous to Tracy that she felt justified in treating all 19 women on the Brainstormers board like dirt. Tracy insinuates that they are all stupid, just “don’t get it”, and it is beneath her to explain anything.

Tracy is removed from the Brainstormers board on PinkLighthouse, and PinkPonies is spared another banning.

Tracy and PinkPonies: An Epic Tale, Part 2

Where were we?

Oh yes. PinkPonies was getting her karma slammed by Tracy and had no idea why.

She emails Tracy, and begs “What did I do? What did I say?”

To which Tracy will not give a straight reply.

So PinkPonies assumes she is getting banned from PinkTruth, and posts on MKV. In her post, she says “well I did something wrong, so I’m banned from PinkTruth.”

Tracy immediately emails her, saying “Why are you saying that? you’re not banned.”

PinkPonies dutifully reports on MKV: “Nevermind. I’m not banned.”

The following week, the owners of the MKV blog decide to take down the site for other reasons.

Tracy immediately bans PinkPonies.

What is the purpose of a discussion board?

Given all the banning and word censoring and other strange things that are happening on the PinkTruth.com discussion board, I’ve been wondering…

What is the purpose of a discussion board?

That may seem like a strange question at first. Naturally, one would think that a person starts and maintains a discussion board so those with common interests can come together and discuss.

It would seem, however, that in the hands of a controlling person, a discussion board becomes just another vehicle with which to manipulate content and establish arbitrary rules.

What are your thoughts on this? Why do you participate in discussion boards online?

Have you been a member of a board and left because of certain behavior by the administrator (or lack of action?)

Should the administrator of a discussion board feel free to delete posts or otherwise edit content even if it isn’t vulgar, spam, or against published board guidelines?

I’d like your thoughts on this.

Fraud Examiner Guilty of Defamation?

On Saturday, 2 June 2007, Tracy Coenen of Sequence Inc, a Certified Fraud Examiner, posted an entry on her blog calling someone a thief and posting their contact info. Here’s a screen shot in case it suddenly disappears from her site:

seqthief

If I were Mr. Briggs, I’d be contacting an attorney. Not only could this be considered defamation, but publishing personal contact information with such accusations is also a form of cyber bullying.

Unbelievable behavior for someone who claims to be so knowledgeable about the law, even though she’s no lawyer.

The Serial Bully: Types of Bullies

A while back I introduced you to information on Serial Bullies. While reading the information on bullyonline.org I was reading the signs and symptoms of what they call a Socialised Psychopath or Sociopath.

The Socialised Psychopath or Sociopath

Also known as the corporate psychopath, workplace psychopath, industrial psychopath and administrative psychopath.

Motivation: power, gratification, personal gain, survival
Mindset: manipulation, deception, evil
Malice: high to very high; when held accountable, off the scale

Then I started reading through the detailed profile of the Socialised Psychopath and so many of the identifying features sounded so familiar: (these aren’t in any particular order…I’ve numbered them for easy reference)

  1. always charming and beguilingly plausible, especially to those who are capable of protecting or enhancing the sociopath’s position
  2. is extremely and successfully manipulative of people’s perceptions and emotions (eg guilt and anger)
  3. will often engineer himself or herself into a position of authority as gatekeeper of the organization and thus the person through whom all information must flow, and the person to whom all requests for services must be referred – which he or she then takes delight in denying
  4. is adept at offering weak and inadequate people the positions of power, control, security, influence or respect that they crave but who lack the necessary competencies to achieve – such people are unaware that their consequent dependence on the sociopath makes them permanent manipulatees, pawns and expendable agents of harassment. [comment: maybe sicknpink might be interested in this one...]
  5. at all times restricts the actions and rights of others (especially those holding the sociopath accountable) whilst aggressively protecting his or her right to do anything without being hampered by social norms or legal requirements
  6. a history of conducting frivolous, vexatious and malicious legal actions, especially (but not exclusively) against anyone who can recognise the sociopath for what he is. [comment: want to talk to Melissa about this one?!]
  7. pursues endless vindictive vendettas against anyone perceived as a threat or who attempts, knowingly or unknowingly, to identify or reveal or expose the sociopath, or who makes efforts to hold the sociopath accountable
  8. is adept at appropriating rules, regulations, procedures and law to manipulate, control and punish accusers regardless of relevance, logic, facts or consequences

That’s just a small amount of what is there.

Most of it hits too close to home for me.

Speaking of Hate Mail…

One of the “registered members only” boards on PinkTruth.com is for Tracy to share all the hate mail she receives. That’s supposed to be a fun benefit of being a member there.

I suspect that many people sign up just to read it then never come back again.

But I digress…

I thought it would be fun to share the hate mail that we have received from Tracy.

If you have any you’d like to share, feel free to forward it along. The email address is to the right.

Your identity won’t be revealed. That isn’t our style. Remember…ptlies is about exposing and stopping online harassment and bad behavior, not continuing it.

If you want to share, you must have the header showing that it came from one of the two email addresses she frequently uses–the Yahoo address or the pinktruth Gmail address.
