break time

We’re taking a break from this blog because we no longer have the time to devote to it. We’re also getting a bit tired of the subject so we *may* be getting sloppy. :)

We’re still following a developing situation regarding Tracy Coenen CPA, MBA, CFE so we’ll post on it when the time comes. (It could be months, we have no idea.)

Deep Throat, Part 3

Once Tracy had her money back, she should have been happy, right?

Well her friend was so upset when he got the garnishment paperwork and discovered Tracy was going after his wife’s wages as well, that he left her an angry voice mail message over it.

That should have been the end of it. Tracy should have been happy that she got her money back, hurt her friends, and destroyed the friendship…..but OH NO. That wasn’t enough. She had to punish him for his impudence.

She took him to court and tried to get a restraining order against him, over the voice mail!

To which the judge reportedly responded: “You’ve got your ‘pound of flesh’ from him, Ms. Coenen. Time to leave him alone.” And the judge didn’t grant the order.

We can only imagine the huff Tracy was in when she flounced out of that courtroom.

And as an aside, we’d like to bring up the fact that Tracy has a serious past history of suing her friends and enemies alike – and we wonder what her attorney thinks of her. If she’s been using the same attorney all this time, it would make sense that he would privately think she has a screw loose.

Melissa – that would line up with your experience with Tracy’s attorney, and the contrast in his ‘tone’, depending on whether his client was listening in.

If, in fact, she uses the same attorney for all of her nasty business, I wonder what he secretly thinks.

DeepThroat, Part 2

Tracy apparently used to have a good friend, whom she spent a lot of time socializing with. She gave her friend a small business loan with no payment terms, just “Pay what you can”. (Note: this is a situation that countless people have seen go bad — most would advise that if you give your friend some money to help them out, you understand that you might not ever see it again. I know because I’ve watched too many episodes of Judge Judy.)

She later got pissed off at her friend, and sued him for the loan money.

She had the friend’s wages garnished.

When she sent the garnishment paperwork, Tracy drew smiley faces and wrote “happy joy! happy joy!” on the envelope in bold red magic marker.

Not only did she garnish her ex-friend’s wages she garnished the spouse’s wages as well even though the loan was in her ex-friend’s name only. Legal yes, ethical no. (Are we surprised?)

The ex-friend got an attorney to handle the pay off (lump sum) and to stop the garnishment. The ex-friend wanted nothing to do with Tracy ever again.
