Did you know that Pink Truth has a home on You Tube?
It’s true.
Yesterday, on The Pink Truth on You Tube, they posted a video of Gloria Mayfield Banks encouraging her team members to do 15 faces in 15 days.

Questions:
1. Doesn’t that video belong to Gloria?
2. In reference to number 1, did Pink Truth get permission to use this video? If not, isn’t this a violation of copyright?
3. What’s the point? To make fun of Gloria? Please explain to me, then, how this fits into Tracy’s “mission of educating consumers about the pink MLMs” as she recently stated on the Pink Truth discussion board?
Does someone who is anti-FRAUD not know she should get permission to use another person’s video?
Thanks for the shout out! Just thought that was pretty interesting that the userid of the video is pinktruth. I don’t see Gloria creating an id like that. Tracy has gone pretty silent on this one. Is she looking to her mavens to help come up with a story?

You know what I think PT has gone too far this time!! Its not that I expect everyone to agree with what GMB said or like MK..IM PRO MK but I dont like manipulation either. However TC if she is going the way I think she is will get into some BIG trouble by using the videos of others and digging deeper and deeper to steal info and someone big will catch her and pull the plug on her. Its sad because at one time in the early days I did think that PT would serve a good purpose but now its just a blip on the radar screen in my opinion.
The post on PT about this states

But then the post includes the playable video.
First, I don’t get this statement at all. (Color me stupid if need be, but I just don’t get it.) If PT has a copy of it, how can anyone stop them from viewing it??? And how can PT/TC legally use GMB’s video without a signed waiver/permission? If TC/PT earns any money from the site, GMB should be entitled to royalties for the number of times it was played on PT, wouldn’t she???
It’s all about the hits. This is similar old school PT posts about bad Seminar hair or other nonsense. It just drives traffic there. And by using GMB’s video and name, that is more hits as well. IMO
